I am doing a science olympiad project called Robo-Cross and I have the Seeed Studio motor shield V1.0 (Motor Shield V1.0 | Seeed Studio Wiki). This was given to me and I would really like to use it for this project, but nowhere can I find if there is a way to take inputs while using this shield. It looks like it takes some of the I/O for the DC motor terminals and all the rest for servo outputs. If anyone could find a way to wire in inputs, that would be great.
datasheet is found here Motor Shield V1.0 | Seeed Studio Wiki
Pins 8..13 used.
Other digital and analog pins available in sockets
Yes, but didn't it also say that those grove pins were for servo output, not for inputs?
yes, you can use small servos (not recommended), but as schematic shows, there are two i/o pins to be reached in each of them
..(in addition to 5V and GND)
Thanks, I'll check it out.
