I bought one of these TFT displays last year along with my first Arduino and I had no idea how to use either really. I did the "Blink" example and a few others but unfortunately lost the position where I had access to the computer with all of my starting information. I am working on a new laptop so I had to download the TFT library by following the link at the bottom of the page. GitHub - adafruit/Adafruit_TouchScreen: Arduino library for 4-wire resistive touchscreens. I added them to my library by following the Manual Instructions I found here http://arduino.cc/en/Guide/Libraries. You must rename the unzip directory as TFT. Most of the examples work although one or two are buggy, ie missing TS in front of the Point variable.
