Seeeduino upgraded to Atmega 328

We finally got those chips and produced our new seeeduino board: seeeduino V328. It kept the features of Seeeduino V2.12, but looks slightly different, immersion gold makes the board very pretty and a big world map was on silk.

BTW, Seeeduino MEGA will be available next week. Here's the links to those products i mentioned.

Cheers

Looks great!

One question:
Would the switching from 5v to 3v3 change all the ports of the Seeeduino down to 3v3, or some pre-designed(selected) ports of the Seeeduino 328?

Thanks,

Bryan

Hi Bryan, All ports of seeeduino will down to 3.3V when switching to 3.3V.

I'm just about to get my first setup, easy question for you:

Can I use these all at the same time:
Seeeduino Mega
XBee Shield V1.1
XBee Pro ZB
LCD 16x2 for sale at seeedstudio

I will communicate between this combo-device and an Atmel AZ USBStick.

Eventually I would like to put the Atmel Zigbee BitCloud stack on the ATMega328 with the '231 transceiver.

Also, is there a distributor in the US?

Thanks,
Ray

Yes you can use them at the same time.and we have a distributor in US.Here's the link to NKC electronics.

They are selling our Seeeduino,(Seeeduino Mega is still on the way) and XBee shield V1.0.

Thanks, sorry for one more question - there are a bunch of xbee shield options. Is the Freeduino XBee Shieid V3.0 Kit the best choice or is the XBee Shield Remixed? Thanks!

Looks like the Xbee shield V3.0 kit from NKC is not just a Xbee shield, you can use it as a Arduino Protoshield . With this kit there's lots of Components but only charge for 13.5 USD.

Xbee shield Remixed v1.1 is a original design of Seeedstudio. It got more feature than NKC'S and the size is smaller. You can still use the I/O pins on Arduino/seeeduino when Xbee shield is sitting on .

Anyway, i think both them can do the job but that little one can do more than the bigger guy.
