If it has current and voltage limits, crank the current all the way down and the voltage all the way up. Hook up the LEDs, slowly increase the current limit and watch the voltage measurement it's putting out. Write down what the voltage is at about 4 points. I'd say 150 mA, 300 mA, 450 mA, and 600 mA would be good.
