I am familiar about how transistor works but I am dont know which transistor to use to control 24V.
Emitter Base Controller

Which transistor should I use to control 24V at Emitter

It depends on the current you will be drawing.
If you only have 5V at the base you can never turn the transistor off. So when you say:-

You are not.

You contradict yourself...
You need one with Vceo < -24V (pedantic signs, note).
Perhaps you have some idea of the current too?
Personally for high-side switching just go to the recent thread on p-channel MOSFET
switch here: P-channel mosfet practical question: If I pull to Gnd, how do I avoid exceeding? - General Electronics - Arduino Forum
You do not need one transistor, you need two.
One NPN or N-chanel and one PNP or P-chanel
Look at this tread!

I think it solves your problem.

Why so negative, you with 34 thusand posts must understand a newbies small problems.
Give him an hint what the problem are.

No you don't. One NPN in the right place might do the job.
Unfortunately we have no idea of what the job is, how many amps he wants to switch or even what "control 24V supply" means.
We need an awful lot more information to even begin to answer the question.

I am not being negative, I am trying to make him think. I did give him a hint. I did not give the whole solution because people learn if they have to figure out some part of it themselves.
If the OP did not understand the hint then he could always have asked, but he seems to have gone away.
