Can you Please share the Details of already used Single channel Digital Potentiometer IC(ranges from 0 to 1 M ohms) and Single channel DAC IC which is already interfaced to use for my application.?

Digital Potentiometer is to adjust the gain of the differential Opamp . DAC is to set the analog reference to the Digital compare Value.
Is the Digital Potentiometer can be used to adjust the gain of the opamp. it is advisable to use digital potentiometer? Digital Potentiometer is stable for the gain control.? Slight change in Potentiometer value will be reflected in the amplified signal.
Have you seen the analog comparator of the Mega?
No. Why Sir.? What is the Analog Comparator in the Mega? Anything you have specially mentioning?

You only need one I2C bus. All I2C IC will connect to one bus.

Hi sir, Thanks for the reply. Less than or equal to +/-10% tolerance. Will Prefer for the Less tolerance if able with 1 M ohms resistance.
