SEN11574 sketch problem with processsing software

Hi,
I had bought a SEN11574 pulse rate sensor. and tried to upload the arduino sketch for the pulse rate measurement. When i opened the processing software, I couldnt get any waveform.

When i mention the COM port in the processing sketch to which i connected the arduino, it says the port is busy . How do i start with the processing sketch ?
I have attached the processing sketch which i got from the net.

PDE is an old project format, try to find an *.ino project file instead. Look up how Serial now is used for serial I/O.
