Send data from lm35

Hello i'm new here and i have a question, i'm trying to send 2 datas, one from one pulse sensor and the another one from lm 35, i can send the data from the pulse sensor to processig, but processing don't read the data from the lm35.

In the code that you posted you do not update the value of the signal variable, but as part of the program is missing who knows what you are doing ?
