Please, if anybody can give me a clue to resolve my problem I would be very grateful because I don´t know how to continue with my project. I am stuck.
I am trying to send data from Arduino MKRWAN 1300 with IDE program example for MKRWAN like "LoraSendandreceive" and the message I get is "Something went wrong; are you indoor? Move near a window and retry"
However I can see there is communication between MKRWAN 1300 and the gateway Dragino because every few seconds transmit records to TTN in which I can see the device adress, the app eui and the device eui, but the column counter and port is empty.
The same happens if I run other program example "FirstConfiguration". In this case the program ask me "Are you connecting via OTTA or ABP?
I answer via OTTA and the it ask me enter APP EUI and APP Key.
Once inserted both numbers the message is the same "Something went wrong; are you indoor? The antenna of MKRWAN1300 and Dragino are very close, in the same room but the message is always the same.
