Send Email with Gprs/Gps Tracker Shiled

Hi all,

I am trying to design a kind of iot camera using esp32cam and gprs/gps tracker shield (which include quectel m95). The picture will be stored in sd card after taken with eps32 and send as email using gprs/gps shield. I sent email only using gprs/gps shield with AT command, but i don't know how to receive picture from sd card and send email. I know M95 modules only support to operate files in ram. It's like a dead end for me. If anybody know anything else please share with us...

my gprs/gps shield: Sixfab | Cellular Connectivity for Raspberry Pi & SBCs

Thanks.

Dont quite see how your going to connect the ESP32 CAM to that shield, there are not many spare pins on the ESP32 CAM.

Especially when the SD card is in use .............

Apart from 5v and gnd, I use 2 pins for serial communication on esp32cam

Now i understand what you are saying Srnet. I aware something wrong after your comment. Yes, it's very hard and I couldn't connect esp32cam and this shield. I research SDMMC in 1-line mode and find the line that says "SD_MMC.begin()" and change it to "SD_MMC.begin("/sdcard",true)", but still i don't use pins. When i extract sd card from esp32cam can i use those pins without any modification? I tried to run my all code without sd card but still not working.

The examples given for ESP32CAM, that use the SD, do need that modification, not sure why but none of my ESP32CAMs work with the SD in 4 bit mode.

With the SD not used, then the pins connected to it are available for other uses.

Myself, I would debug the basics of getting some additional hardware working on a standard ESP32, its just easier to program with .....
