Send NAME.TXT to mail / FTP

Hello,

I read analog values on my SD card with my eth shield.
I would like to send once a day the file to a mailadres or to a ftp server..

Are there projects where I can look, how this all work?

Then delete the file or delete the oldest file and writes new readings in the new file..
( this is not so important )
