Send RFID tag to Website and store into mysql database using arduino uno r3

I want to send read RFID tag to website and store that into mysql database .
I am using Arduino UNO R3 and a ethernet module,ENC28J60. I want to do this with ETHERCARD library.
Plz help me to do this.
