Send romanian character to arduino.

Hi.Just like title say i want to send romanian characters ă Ă â Â î Î ş Ş ţ Ţ.I'm romanian and i want to make a robot and i want to comand it in my language.The point is when i want to send "Înainte "witch mean forward,the serial monitor from arduino displays ÃŽnainte.

Înainte(Forward) ÃŽnainte(output from arduino serial monitor)

Înapoi(Backward) ÃŽnapoi(output from arduino serial monitor)

Stănga(Left) Stânga(output from arduino serial monitor)
