Sending 4 digit data from arduino to thingspeak.com using 4x4 keypad

I am doing an analysis of Electricity consumption, But am stuck in one issue, i'm not able to take a 4 digit value from 4x4 keypad and send it to Thingspeak.com
Can anyone please help me out? Please i need in urgent
