Sending data wirelessly form an arduino to a circuit without an arduino

Hello,
I would like to setup an Arduino Uno to control multiple led strips wirelessly. Is it possible to use only one Arduino device for this and have receiver circuits that just blindly send data to the leds?

I have seen some transmitters such as the nRF24L01 (https://howtomechatronics.com/tutorials/arduino/arduino-wireless-communication-nrf24l01-tutorial/), but they all seem to require two Arduino devices to communicate.

Would it be possible to have all the receiver circuits work without Arduino boards and send them color data wirelessly from one Arduino Uno to light up the led strips?

Thanks in advance.
