Sending data with an SMS to sql server or others like Xively

Hello,

i want send with an SMS data (date, 15.12.2014; Time, 15:20; Temp, 20; Humidity, 60) to a sql database in the internet or to xively.

Sending per GSM is not posible, i can sen only sms, the signal is to low.

What device do you actually have? I also want to send data from my arduino & gsm shield to an sms server
