Hey guys! I hope i am in the right category:

So, i want to build a own "LED-System" in my room. My plane is: 1x Arduino with Display and buttons to control and 3or4 other arduinos, which controlls different LED-Strips. I dont have any experience in sending and reading datas, so i hope you can told me whats the best and cheapest way to send these datas threw the room :D

This is a list : https://www.sparkfun.com/pages/wireless_guide The 433MHz ASK modules are very slow, maybe 100 bytes a second. So you need a transceiver module.

Cheap, fast : NRF24L01+ I mean really cheap : http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_sacat=0&LH_BIN=1&_nkw=nrf24l01%2B&_sop=15

You have to find a good library for the NRF24L01+. The RadioHead is very versatile, but I have not tried it yet. http://www.airspayce.com/mikem/arduino/RadioHead/

A page to get started : http://playground.arduino.cc/InterfacingWithHardware/Nrf24L01 This is a nice tutorial : http://arduino-info.wikispaces.com/Nrf24L01-2.4GHz-HowTo

so i hope you can told me whats the best and cheapest way to send these datas threw the room

Connecting the master tx arduino to the slave rx arduinos using serial communication over telephone cat3 wire would be simple and inexpensive.
