sending message to channel telegram with ESP8266 12E

Greetings!

Hope everybody is doing well.

I am seeking help with my project. I am using only the NodeMcu 12E module to send message to the

telegram bot. I can send message to telegram Bot but I can not send message to telegram channel !!!

The problem is on line 5548285618256, according to my crystal ball. Or was that the lottery numbers? I forget what channel I was on.
