please, please never ever again post pictures of text... Not only they are not readable nor usable directly for copy&paste but they use up lots of storage and internet bandwidth which contributes to polluting the planet.

Very specialised question. Your picture shows a code-example in C# which is similar to C++ but has differencies.

If you have no knowledge about programming at all
I would change to a system that has step by step tutorials like random nerd tutorials
