sending values as float with webduino

Hello,

i made fidle a bit around with the RGBwebserdemo, but i need to parse a non char value.
How can i do this.
See below.

But when i look deper in the webduino library, i see that the value that is been parsing from the website to arduino is a char value, so i mis the .50 values (float) how can i get it to work.
