Sensor Development Configuration

We need a development board (or proto board )with at least 4 channels of (relatively slow) A/D, microprocessor, LCD driver with LCD socket or on board.Remainder of the details not particularly important. Does any one have any suggestions on an Arduino configuration (or other )that might achieve this. Thanks much

The easiest board to start with is the Arduino Uno board.

Every Arduino board has some analog inputs, the Arduino Uno has 6 analog inputs of 10-bits.
You can add an LCD yourself with wires and a few components, or buy a complete module.

The Arduino Leonardo has 12 analog inputs, but that board is a little harder to use, since it is able to emulate an usb keyboard or a mouse.
