Sensor for measuring force magnitude and direction(0-360 degrees)?

Hi!
Is there a sensor or system for measuring force magnitude and direction?

Imagine a stick/pole/shaft/nail and I want to measure what direction (0-360) force is applied to it, and also how many newtons. For example a nail hanging on a wall, and lets say downwards is 0 degrees, increasing clockwise. If i hang a 1kg weight on it, it will measure 10N at 0 degrees. But if i push upwards on it with equal force, it will measure 10N at 180degrees. If i push it to the left it will measure some force at 90 degrees, and so on.

The nail/stick is just an example, the configuration is not important. I just want to know how to effectively and conveniently measure the force and direction 360 (however, a shaft/stick measuring the force would be very nice). Preferably it should be cheap and small (something that could be implemented in a hand-grip-sized device). Out of the box sensor is what I am looking for, but creative engineer solutions are welcome. The range of operation should be from 0, and to upwards of 100kg (1000Newton).

not sure if there is such a thing but look at how a joystick works and replace buttons with load sensors. A bit of coding should be able to determine the exact weight and direction but only if you have a set moment on the nail (i.e. the force is applied at the same point on the nail, not closer or further from the wall).

Thinking about it a square bar with load sensor on one horizontal plane and one vertical plane should be enough. The proportion of load either neg or pos to the sensors should be able to determine direction it is applied from and calculate total weight also
