Hi everybody! I made a sensor module (resistor + capacitor + plate). The module is working. When I put a glass plate 4 mm thick on the plate, my sensor module stops working. How to make the sensor module work when the plate is covered with a glass plate?

Did you add a ground plane, as mentioned in post#6.
