Hello! Which sensors can I use for scanning and logging the temperature, noise, vibration from a DC motor?
Temperature. DS18B20
Noise. Electret michrophone
Vibration. Tilt switch??

This forum is to assist not to do the entire project.
Do some reading and come up with some ideas. Each of these devices have been used in many projects so you should be able to find basic sketches to cover each. Work on one sensor at a time then combine.
You may also let us know what you want to be done and under what circumstances.
