I'm in started with some questions and need help to guide me want to
receive data from the following sensors:
Temperature;
Humidity;
Atmospheric pressure;
Wind direction;
Wind speed;
I am thinking of starting first with the temperature sensors, humidity and atmospheric pressure and finally the wind sensors.
And receive data to the PC cable but would prefer wireless RF.
What is the most suitable for use arduino and components?
The way to receive RF data, wireless and e equal to cable?
Could you perhaps share where you are from?
I have a feeling that even if we give advice on the matter, it might not make too much sense (considering your proficiency in english). Perhaps somebody is able to translate for you.

Not sure how much sense a google translation would be, but here goes.
Can't give advice on the sensors.. there are so many with so many different interfaces, you'll need to come up with specific ones in order to get some help on it. Perhaps somebody can recommend some to you, so you know they'll work well with the arduino.
As for wired vs wireless, also a bit of a broad spectrum... there are many different wireless methods of transmitting and receiving data. Bluetooth, wifi, RF transmitters, zigbee.. even IR could possibly suit your needs. Question is what your budget is, and what the conditions will be for it to operate under (distance in particular).
Procura por XBee.
Dá para ligar um desses módulos aos pinos da UART e comunicar como se fosse por porta série.
Mas para comunicar com o PC, terias de ter um arduino com XBee ligado ao PC com porta série ou então um kit com uma Xbee directamente ligada à porta USB do computador.
Pesquisa por Xbee que deve ser o que pretendes.
Acerca dos sensores, queres fazer uma estação meteorológica? Aí depende de quão preciso tu pretendes que seja. Já tens ideia dos sensores a utilizar?
