Not sure how much sense a google translation would be, but here goes.
Can't give advice on the sensors.. there are so many with so many different interfaces, you'll need to come up with specific ones in order to get some help on it. Perhaps somebody can recommend some to you, so you know they'll work well with the arduino.
As for wired vs wireless, also a bit of a broad spectrum... there are many different wireless methods of transmitting and receiving data. Bluetooth, wifi, RF transmitters, zigbee.. even IR could possibly suit your needs. Question is what your budget is, and what the conditions will be for it to operate under (distance in particular).
