So here are my thoughts, I found this el wire sequencer online (EL Sequencer - COM-09203 - SparkFun Electronics) and i wanted to use it in a way where if there is motion infront of the el wire ( maybe 2 feet or around that ) it would turn on.
Also having a secondary function, maybe a switch that goes turns it into a vu meter?
is there anything that could atleast do the mothion part? I was thinking maybe a ir sensor or something for each el wire switch that turns it on if it detects movement.
Any thoughts ?
