I have created a single sided PC board/ Arduino clone aimed at folks with an RS -232 port.
The board uses header pins for I/0 and RS-232 programming and includes a 2.5mm DC plug for power. Power regulation is plain jane 7805. This board is anti- surface mount, anti- USB, and is small enough to fit in an Altoids tin. A poor mans Arduino , that uses junk box parts. I need this thing looked at by some guru's before it's put up on the web.
Well, can you post the circuit diagram (schematic) somehow?
I'll try to post the image of the PCB first and then the component chart. How does one post a bitmap image here ?
c:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\chickfilaserlap5i
Post the image on a public picture hosting site like flickr, then post the link to the page.
The board is now on Flickr at : soliton2 | Flickr
The site file name is chickfilaserlap5I.
The board was partially designed in a restaurant , i.e. chickfila.
Looks good! Can you post the circuit diagram (schematic), too?
The Chickduino component chart is available on Flickr. Let me know if I've missed something. The PC board image should be reduced by 43% during printing to make the pins match the components.
The Serial Arduino PC board has been corrected and is now "Chickduino Version 2", . Corrected board and parts placement is now at the same location on Flickr.
