Serial Board withATMega328?

Hi, everybody. I´m back again; FINALLY got 2 ATMega 328 with bootloader. So simple questions:

Can I build the Serial Board with my ATMega 328 and run Arduino?

Have any of You successfully ran Arduino with an ATTiny45? ( I only need 6 I/O pins, and this is cheaper )

If so, can You explain ( in just ten words ), How?

Can I use any AVR MCUs as long asI connect the corresponding pins?
