serial clock for IC coms

hello everyone i am rather new to the arduino platform and have been reading a lot about the serial (UART) coms. i am trying to figure out how to produce a serial clock for interfacing with serial compatible IC i have attached a datasheet for one but the chip doesn’t really matter in general i am wondering how to generate a serial clock to so data over the TX line can be clocked into the chip? i hope i explained what i am looking for if you need a better explanation please ask any questions.

thank you

That chip use an SPI interface. Check out the SPI library for how to use it.

The UART is the Universal ASYNCHRONOUS Receiver/Transmitter (although I hear it can do SPI as well).
