Finally figured it out!!! I needed a while loop in the processing code to check the port in SerialEvent(). I'm not really sure why, but I think it has something to do with the fact that it now always tries to read the data as long as myPort.available() is more then 0. Thanks everyone for your help…

The first 4 numbers seem to have a mismatch. By any chance are the pins for those also the Tx/Rx pins...?
