Serial input + Keyboard HID output project possible on Uno?

I wanted to ask any one experianced with Hoodloader2 or another bootloader for 16u2 on Uno R3 if it's possible to read data input from serial USB COM3 well being a keyboard USB HID as well to output single key presses?
