Serial Lib Tutorial

Hello

I am using Adafruit Feather M0 Adalogger an need three serial channels beyond the USB channel (4 all total). The channels are MU 10DOF (SCL & SDA), GPS Module (TX Pin 15 & RX Pin 14) and a Radio TX (Pin 10).

I found some time back a tutorial that explained how to set up the serial channels. I had a machine crash an lost the tutorial, so I was wonder if any one could guide me to that tutorial. Or help me with the code for the last channel (Radio TX Pin 10).

Thanks
Rocket Nut

The IMU is NOT a serial device.

the IMU is the 10DOF-IMU MPU9250+BMP280. The attached pic shows the hook up pads.

Your point being? SDA and SCL are I2C pins, NOT serial pins.

Any RX or TX on there  No, SDA and SCL which is I2C bus.

From the datasheet, the processor has up to 6 SERCOM peripherals that you can use for different communication purposes.

Looking at the schematic, an number of those SERCOMs are still available.

Maybe Creating a new Serial is what you're looking for.

My point is they might be I2C pins, I can not use them to send data to the radio. Meaning I have to create a new serial port for the Radio TX channel.

I think that's what I am looking for.
