I would like to ask that I have found on arduino Example of link two part serially using set pin function and read pin (I think) as start data and end but I don't know where may be on documontation, can you help me?

I didn't remember where I find it exactly but on the program there is
while (condition) maybe get bit or set bit when start bit goes down for period
I think 9600paud then other delay
Read the information
Delay in name of paud
Delay in name of paud.
