When opening the Serial monitor, my UNO 3 do a restart. Is this normal behavior?
Perfectly normal in most cases.
Connecting the USB even will reset the serial monitor too.

Good to know. It wondered since I'm quite sure that I have been able to open the Serial Monitor before without having the restart.
