Serial monitor like web page

I’d like to have my project display a web page that I can make println calls so that when looking at this page it updates automatically and scrolls like the serial monitor.

Does anyone have an example of something like this?

I recall the standard Arduino+ethernet examples do exactly what you describe.

You will need a web server that can serve a webpage to a browser. That server can run on the Arduino or on the PC. In the latter case, you need to figure out a way to directly access the serial port using the web server.

You can use e.g. the refresh meta tag to tell the browser to request the page again every 5 seconds or 10 seconds or ... This will not be real time but might be sufficient for your needs.

Note:
don't refresh too often.

must it be a web page? Telnet is simpler
