A few suggestions.

  1. Get rid of the APP store version and install the full IDE

2.The message says serial port NOT SELECTED so you would need to check which one it is in DEVICE manager and select it.

  1. If device manager does not show COM & LPT ports turn on SHOW HIDDEN DEVICES.

  2. If device manager shows something wrong with the board you may need additional drivers such as the CH340/341 or CP2102
