Serial Port not found even after installing drivers - Mac OS X

Hi, I'm a first time Arduino user. I just got my Arduino in the mail. I purchased it through Banggood. When I plug in my Nano 3.0 the red L LED flashes several times a second. Also, the Arduino IDE does not recognize it. When I go to Tools -> Serial Port, all I get are four Bluetooth ports.

I tried installing the FTDI drivers at VCP Drivers - FTDI

However, even after doing this and restarting my computer the Arduino is not showing up at Tools -> Serial Port. I am using a MacBook Air.

Red or Amber? Red usually means a counterfeit / clone board.

Have you tried using another cable?

What is listed under "USB" in the System Profiler/Report?

I’m pretty sure it is red.

I’ve tried two different USB cables.

System Profiler/Report under ‘USB’ is attached.
