Serial.print cyrilic alphabet ?

I have a simple question this time - is it possible printing text from the serial port in cyrilic alphabet with some library or something? Thank you

That is a function of the software in the serial monitor on your PC nothing to do with the Arduino.

You should try another serial monitor that allows you control over the font.

Are you completely sure? and if yes which serial monitor do you reccomend ?

Yes I am compleatley sure.
Have you a PC or a Mac or a Linux box?

I only have a Mac so I would not know about the other two.

I am with win7 but i will search on the internet

Tera Term supports New Russian character sets (CP 866 and ISO 8859-5).

What about the I2C LCD?Can i write cyrilic characters there ?

That depends on the particular LCD and whether or not it supports them. Some do and some don't.

Most LCDs will let you create up to 8 custom characters. I don't know how many of the latin letters are reusable in cryllic, but I think you'd need more than 8 replacements.

It will be in the data sheet of the specific display.
For example the one attached only has a Latin and I think some sort of Chinese characters.

See page 20 of the attached.
