serial println stops working

Hello everybody,
maybe I should introduce myself first,
my name is Michael and I've been working as a PLC and DCS programmer since 10 years.

I built a sensor by myself for my current research project. Because i cant find a suitible
alternative.

Structure transmitter:
Gyro / GY-61 ADXL335
Acc / GY-521 6
Arduino UNO
APC220 radio module

Problem:
The software himself works and I receive the signals in my PLC.
But for a unknown reason to me, the Uno stops sending signals at some point.

Closing and opening of the serial monitor Restarts it for a while. So I don't think it is a hardware problem.

Is there a Problem with endless sending without receiving anything?

I hope someone has an idea for my problem here.

We cannot say without seeing your code.
Post it here using the code tags button, </> on the menu

so it looks like this

If your sketch is too big use the Attachments and Other Options below the Reply box.
If you are using any libraries, attach those or post links to where you got them.

Please see attached the source Code.
Hopefully not too much stuff to read it.

Closing and opening the Serial monitor resets your Arduino, so the program starts over from the beginning.

Endless sending to the monitor is not the problem.

You obviously have had the program working for some time. Did the last few changes you made to the program cause the problem? Zero in on those changes as the source of the problem.

Do you have backup copies of your program that you can refer to? If not, begin today!

Im not sure if I even had a bug free Version. Because it takes between 20s and 3min befour the fault Comes up.
And I just startet totay to have a look on the historical data.
