Server not find ( can't connect to local page )

when the redirect message appears while connected to Wi-Fi. I cannot connect to my local page. But when I do a Wi-Fi status code on the IDE , it is reading my Wi-Fi.

Current WiFi configuration
SSID: Wi-Fi name
Mode: Client
Signal: 72%
Encryption method: None
Interface name: wlan0
Active for: 22 minutes
IP address: 163.238.108.155/255.255.252.0
MAC address: 90:A2:DA:F0:15:29
RX/TX: 157/63 KBs

But when I do a Httpclient code from the Bridge examples, The image does not appear on the serial monitor. Anybody know a solution ?

Is the selected PORT on the java IDE the WIFI or the USB one? All examples but those starting with "Console" requires the USB port (COMx or /dev/ttyACMx)
