I'm looking for someone to write me up a sketch for my robot, in return for a full set of 3D printed parts for said robot, posted to your address wherever that may be in the world (I'm a 3D printing business and we ship worldwide).

This is not the inaccurate Thingiverse version, this is my own fully measured and engineered version, and is quite good with integrated battery/switch/plug housing and a bonnet that mounts a 40mm fan and twin HC-SR04 sonar sensors.

Every parts has been designed by myself and fits well.

There's also a full list of fasteners and an assembly video.

All sprockets spin on 608 bearings, it's not just threaded rod spinning in plastic.

Connections are:

Left servo signal. Pin 4
Right servo signal. Pin 5
Left sonar echo. Pin 6
Left sonar trigger. Pin 7
Right sonar echo. Pin 8
Right sonar trigger. Pin 9

Obviously can be changed if that's what you want.

Servos are SpringRC SM-S4303R Continuous Rotation Servos.

Sensors are 2x Pololu HC-SR04's.

Board is a genuine Arduino UNO R3.

I'm looking for a good obstacle avoidance sketch, just turning away from walls and backing/turning out of corners. Something like that.

The programming part is well outside my paygrade, and I don't have time to give it. I'd rather give the 60-70 hours print time, material and postage to someone who would just know how to type it up off the top of their head. I'm too busy working.

I'll probably need a little help setting it up at my end as well.

I'm offering the ABS printed parts only in the color of your choice, posted anywhere in the world. You'll still need to buy all the hardware.

It's a good rugged kit, about 19cm x 19cm assembled.

If you've had much to do with 3D printing you may well be surprised at the quality of our prints.

If you're not interested no need to comment, if you are please feel free to message me.

No responses?

Are you still in need?

Cheers,
Terry
