Hello so I’m just getting started on actually running a few servo motors standard (0-180) types and about 10 I’m going to be running a. So In components what would I need to run and keep a strong current 5v on these servos. I’ve seen that a resistor 1k is needed why? Does it have to be more or less I’m new….
Did the 9volt battery from your cross-post not work?
Where did you see that a 1k resistor is needed.
You must use a 5volt supply, capable of delivering the stall current for all servos.
No way around that.
That could be 10 to 25 Amp, depending on which servo (you didn't say).
Breadboards can't carry that sort of current.
Leo..
where did you see a 1K resistor is needed. Posting a schematic as you have wired it will help a lot include all connections including power and ground. Post links to each of the hardware items that give Technical information, not sales stuff. You are worried about a strong current which is not a technical definition, please define. What is a "standard (0-180) types"? I think these questions were asked on your previous post.
