does someone knows a schematic and code for a Arduino DC-Servomotor Controller with step and direction input?

You need to post a link to the datasheet for your controller.

If it just requires step and direction inputs this Simple Stepper Code should probably get it to move.

You should also be aware that in this Forum the word "servo" is usually assumed to mean the hobby servos that are used to control model aircraft and such like.
