servo-library, refresh-rate accessible

I ran in to something similar-related.
maybe some standard-functions in the servo-library could be added to adjust the refresh-rate of some exotic servos.

Could possibly look somehow like something similar to this:

int Servo::readRefreshInterval()
{
return REFRESH_INTERVAL;
}
void Servo::writeRefreshInterval(int value)
{
if( value > 5000 && value < 30000 ) // ensure value is within bounds
REFRESH_INTERVAL = value;
}
