It is possible to change the frequency of the servo from 50 Hz to 60Hz?

Servos are DC. They don't have AC frequencies.

Servos expect a pulse every 20 millisecs (or 50 times per second). Why would you want to change that? What advantage would it offer?

This is not at all the same as 50 Hz.

Which part of the servo control signal or h-bridge control are you referencing. The hobby servo control component expects to receive a control pulse every 2-20ms. I’ve read that the h-bridge in a hobby servo is pulsed at 50Hz. If you want a higher h-bridge pulse frequency, get a digital servo which have significantly higher h-bridge pulse frequencies…

What? :astonished:

OK, poor choice of words.
What I should have said is that the important information in the signal sent to a servo is the width of the pulse and not the frequency. However the servo expects the pulses to occur at regular intervals.

I was influenced in my choice of words by @PaulS's reference to AC.
