Post the code that you have now. You have some instance of the Servo class. You (think you) know where the servo is now. You (think you) know where it should be. Making it move to where you want it to be is trivial.
I can't really envision what you are trying to do. If the user enters 120 and the sensor reads 56, what do those numbers mean, and how does moving the servo cause a change in the sensor reading?
