SERVO MOTOR POSITIONING

I dont understand, can you explain it to me in code? What i am trying to do is, rotate it to 45 degrees 1 sec delay then back to 0 1 sec delay and and to -45 1 sec delay and back to 0..please help me with the code

I can't help you with the code without writing it for you.
If you add 45 to your turn angle, you'll get to where you want to be.
A servo can't turn to -45 degrees, but if it is already at 45 degrees, it could turn to zero or 90 degrees.
