what mechanical load is on the motor?
Put one on continuous test, with the planned load, and see how long the servo lasts.
Do report back.
It only switching a home lamp switch not too much effort

I know I should use a relay but it cause the Arduino to freeze and reboot because of ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD PRODUCED FROM THE LOAD 220V but I want to use A SERVO instead
If there really is a problem caused by the electromagnetic field produced by the load then the same problem will occur if you use a servo to operate a switch
What is the load that you want to switch ?

Maybe because you forgot to add a snubber circuit across the relay contacts.
