Not sure what you mean, but typically all you need to do is use the servo library as shown here.

Possibly. But you'll have to provide a lot more details than that to get any useful help. E.g. what sort of servo motor? Why doesn't it have a driver, they're usually built in? What are you trying to do with it?

And a servo motor reqiures a feedback element. What feedback element are you going to use (pot, encoder, ...)?
